The 4 GB G-Skill Pi Black series DDR2 800mhz RAM was a gift from my uncle since he didn't need it and I suppose I could always use 64-bit. But the performance improvement is marginal and since my CPU probably isn't stable at 4 ghz on 64-bit the performance is roughly the same. I have not even fully utilized my 3.5 GB available yet... but I suppose I could always set up a dual-boot of 32 and 64 bit once I get a larger hard drive. Some drivers don’t have 64-bit versions.
