Whats the difference between nintendo Dsi and and nintendo DS games?
Reader question: i always wondered. whats the difference?? they're pretty much the same thing right? i dont get why they have to make nintendo dsi games.

There’s no difference between the games. You can play DSi games on the DS and vice versa. Just the accessories of the console is different, not the console itself, so it doesn’t affect the games what so ever.

They are both the same.
They both fit in the slot perfectly!

DSi-only games are DSi-only because the DSi has hardware and features that the DS/DS-lite does not. (DSi has 4x the memory, 2x the speed, and improved Internet connections, just to name a few)
DSi-only games come in a white box (like Wii games) and say “ONLY FOR THE DSi” in three places on the cover.
