Damn, and I thought OS X was so retard-proof that even the most stupid, ignorant hipster kids at starbucks can’t fuck it up. But noooo, they have to make it even easier. You know, back in the days you learned all that stuff BECAUSE your OS wasn’t retard-proof. What will happen if this trend of stultification continues? Kids that grow up with computers will never evolve from the state of creating slideshows, writing random shit on social networking sites and not knowing what a CPU is. That’s sad.

This OS could be useful but for other things – microsoft already spys on you, believe me – i’ve worked there. However, I would NEVER, EVER, EVER use this as my personal computer.

Store all of my files in the “Internet”? It is not stored in or on “the Internet” – it is stored on a private Own foreign Server where people all over the world has access to. Administred by a private company who sells information – my information, your information – THEY SELL OUR PRIVACY!
Do not trust Google! Do not store your files online. It is a wide-open door for industrial spying! You dont want that!

For all of you that don’t see the usefulness, this is meant to supplement an existing full featured OS or a portable hardware based item that is just meant for internet like a tablet PC. Dual boot on a fast sdhc or a small internal ssd. All of the negative hater tinfoil ‘mofukas’ represent the bible belt idiots who might as well worship Santa Claus. I swear you guys are less evolved.

I would never EVER use this I strongly dislike google products! GOOGLE IS LIKE SONY and other companys THEY TRY TO MAKE EVERYTHING its best to focus on brands that specialize in what they do. Just like camera brands lumix and digimax and all those shit brands when niccon and cannon will always be the best.

so in other words google chrome “os” is a bootable web browser
it does look like computing is going full circle back to centralised computing so such an idea would make sense however i do think we are still about 5-10 years from that happening
so i’ll stick with ubuntu, i am sure chrome os will not be able to run call of duty
