Just keep your eyes on your fluid levels until you can have it looked at, just one other thing make sure your gas cap is on tight, believe it or not this can bring on a light with some makes and models.

by the service light do you mean service engine light? if that is the light you’re talking about then you should take your car to an auto parts store they should be able to run the codes free of charge. this light comes on when the ECM detects somethings has faulted such as an oxygen sensor or just about any other sensor. it has nothing to do with your fluid levels or your oil dont worry.
