What can I get from a salvage yard for an ’03 Chevrolet Cavalier LS Sport?
Reader question: I have an '03 Chevrolet Cavalier LS Sport, with heavy rear end damage. Frame not bent, motor and transmission very good running condition. Does anyone know what I might could get from a salvage yard for this vehicle? A round about figure will do. Thanks.

pretty much everything but really if its that bad the back side of cars hard to repair or replace parts bumper maybe turnk lid tail lights the rest need to be cut off which makes it much harder to replace so might want to think about another car if you need more really if you can remove it they sell it prices will vary thats pretty much ask and find car go look at it see what you might need then ask about it most places its remove your own parts but some do it for you

Junk yards generally pay $200 – $300 for a car. They don’t care what kind of car it is or what condition it’s in. They are pricing it by the pound for the scrap metal.
If there are any salvagable parts like engine, transmission, radiator etc. those will get pulled and sold off.
