    :20, i doubt lil wayne told that to the cops. He actually and really thinks he can do anything illegal because its in HIS oh-so precious LITTLE CUP. The law doesnt care if it’s in Kermit the Frog’s CUP, it’s still illegal and ur ass gon be accountable for it.
