   @hanzocloud Yes they are and they work together along with the DOD when necessary. The CIA only work outside the country doing intelligence, the FBI began to work outside the country recently though. The DOD does intelligence in country sometimes without the knowledge of the FBI. Under law they now have to share information with each other when working in country, but when outside the country they don’t have to share information.

    In many cases, yes they are “above”, though depends on the situation, case, etc.. As for “X-Files” and “Stargate”, suggest you learn about “Project Looking Glass”, “The Montauk Chair”, “HAARP”, and a few other “projects”. And yes, NSA, CIA, and others “know” of and about these also, though depends on how much these know of, and about, these projects.     my dad worked at a listening station in the arctic in the 70′s. he only recently started telling me about his job, we didnt know he spoke russian either.
    the americans would send aircraft down the coast of russia and listen to the radar stations there reporting when they see and lose sight of the aircraft on radar. they then used this mapping to find weakness in their defences. pretty amazing just how much testing went on between the 2 sides

    The Israelis deliberately attacked the USS Liberty and no claim that it was a ‘mistake’ can be believed. Indeed, in the recent Gaza war, Israel claimed many many ‘mistakes’.
