@anderaina I do not know the brand, but Andrea was quoted as saying, “I play the tin whistle because…I lose so many of them and they’re cheap so it doesn’t really matter.” The reason she makes it sound like smooth honey? Probably because in part she is so talented and in part because its a reflection of her honey smooth voice.

@misslanvin yes it has a very beautiful sound. Most of the tin whistles that I heard were shrill, but this is low pitch smoothing honey. do you have any idea what brand and model?

The sound they put into this version is so dark that makes the song even more interesting than the studio one. The orchestra gives it a deep touch, and Andrea’s voice is impeccable in this performance. I think it’s probably one of the best MTV Unplugged’s albums the channel has ever released. Real talent here.
