   i am a proud owner of HTC touch HD
   but i still miss my days with the IPHONE!!!!
   i love both of them

   i have htc touch hd and have to say its a really amazing phone with alot of essential functions
   however it isnt the best for media, as i am 16 and i want an entertainment phone i am thinking of selling it and getting an iphone 3gs for mainly apps and media

   Ive got the htc touch hd …at first it’s a bit over complicated but after a week you realise how good it’s is by far the best mobile ive ever had and ive got unlimited internet use with orange so an easy winner out of all 4 phones in this show

   Can you explain the difference between PDA and SmartPhone. As far as I know there is no exact definition of a smartphone and usually this term is used for phones with OS, and PDA is used for devices without Phone capability. So both Samsung OmniaHD and HTC TouchHD are in same category here.
   The main difference is the Symbian vs WindowsMobile

    I think the same, mmmlight has right, but it takes a big difference… HTC TOUCH HD is a PDA, and SAMSUNG i8910 is a SMARTPHONE, so they aren’t in the same cathegory……

    Haha the HTC HD won in every round and the only minus was that the Orange doesn’t provide unlimited traffic. Well in my country neigther operator provides unlimitted traffic, so the winner for me was Touch HD.
    Compare these features:
    Screen Resolution 800×480
    Camera 5mp
    Video
    WiFi
    GPS (real GPS software like IGO, TomTom, Garmini)
    Word, Excel, PDF documents
    Until this moment, the only competitor which nearest features is the Samsung OmniaHD, but it is not on the market yet

    HTC touch HD is now much cheaper, got mine recently from mobilephonesdirect for free 400min calls 1000texts and UNLIMITED INTERNET (Vodafone) its got good HSDPA (much faster than 3G)coverage over the UK

    HTC Touch has better specs, but of course… it is more expensive that an iPhone. Besides the iPhone it is very good enough
