   its not about caring for the people. Aids, tb etc doenst put 25% of your economy on hold for 1-2 weeks. A good flu can (temporarely) decimate your workforce

   the problem with that is that he’s saying that it’s not a new strain, it’s an old strain and that they already saw that it wasn’t that much more dangerous.

   For the person who still doesn’t get it. If the government cared they wld atleast have everyone get tested for aids. They can have those test for free but they don’t.

   with these flu outbreaks, there is a real need for concern. The spanish flu killed ca 3% of the human population in 1918 to 1920. Thats 180 million people by todays numbers. Mind you todays people are much more mobile, you can spread a virus to 95% of the world within a week.

   Its naive, dnagerous and arogant to assume this cant happen with any new flu strain.

   As for these vaccines, any dangers mentioned by people pale in comparison to carcrash deaths in any given year.
   Lets ban driving.

    While I fought hard on this issue helping to get the word out, I am beginning to be more convinced that any attempt to mandate the vaccines would be so strongly resisted that they would not dare try.

    We did a good job in getting the word out and the majority of Americans are saying no to the vaccine and its dangers.

    Is this now more of a distraction to more important issues?

    @pipasasas You’re right, i heard the same on the dutch news today, but it was squized in there in such a way that only people who paid attention know it. Im not having the vaccine, but my mom already has, she’s feeling ill right now…

    there is definitely 2 kind of swine flu, one that you can beat and the other that would definitely kill you.
    your death numbers are very wrong, in the old days swin flue wiped out 30% of the population. and it’s meant to do the same thing now.
    the governments are trying to lower the population since this is a man made disease!!!
    just in the past few month swine flu has killed over 3000 people in canada!!!

    In the mid 70s over 45 million americans were vaccinated. Only 25 deaths (including the one confirmed death from the flu) and the deaths could not be conclusively linked to the vaccine.

    hmm….propaganda on the tv scares ppl to vaccinate and propaganda on the net scares ppl not to do it.
    If I would rationally think about this, the reason why only 1 died from the flu might be because they all used the vaccine? Therefore its logical that the deaths from the vaccin are more than from the flu. Though a vaccin shouldn’t kill at all lol. But where from are the infos that 25 ppl died from it?

    Definitely propaganda. Americans are the most easily frightened people on the planet. 1,000 deaths since 4/29. 45,000 die annually in cars. 1,500 a day from cancer. 10,000 yearly from the regular flu. Propaganda!!
