Of course she brings up PCP which in 2008′s statistics had under 100,000 users and completely ignores marijuana which had over 200,000,000 users. Bring out the one hardly anyone uses because it’s so messed up, and think everyone’s going to turn to that stuff? Horse tranquilizers? Really?

@thefakeyeti I don’t think Stossel did a good job at all. When she talked about 10% addiction rate he should have brought up cigarettes,100% addiction rate or even better started giving statistics on how much damage alcohol is involved with in society. Or he could have mentioned that Alcohol or tobacco kill FAR more people than even the worst drugs out there. I love Stossel but I give him a generous C- grade on this debate.

Yes, SWIM uses a full synthetic known as alphamethyl-fentanyl (you utilize N-(2-Phenylpropyl)-Piperidinone early in the synthesis to produce amethyl-fentanyl instead of just fentanyl). It has a slightly longer duration of action, but reduced binding affinity to mu1 and mu2. I wrote the original Wikipedia article on it, though I’m sure it’s hacked to hell by now.
Heroin is a semisynthetic opioid: SAFE.

Maybe I am playing down the effects, but i hear one could use that even responsibly.
HOWEVER, market prices inflate the prices, so people have to rob for it.
And just like a addicted rat in a lab, they choose heroine over food, because they cannot afford food..
Which malnutrition sets in, and they blame the ill-effects on heroine.
In a FREE MARKET, they would be able to afford both food and heroine..

“Alcohol have an addiction rate of 10%, cocaine on 75%”, where the fuck those this bich get those statistics?!
For every person who ever try alcohol, about 16% some point in their life get addicted to it. With cocaine it is about 18%.
