OK this is a little off track from mw2 but deal with it. i jailbroke my ipod with the spirit jailbreak which is the newest thing to use so this is just a quick tutorial on how to use it Spirit download: spiritjb.com

i tried to use frimware 2.21 but it say it does read that firmware so ya

@kidbuu45 it does not need to be 3.1.3 because spirit can do any firmware

@Reyes007Mets do you mean than when you tried to jailbreak it it didnt work?
Because the iphone 3.1.3 will work and anything in itunes 9.2 or lower should work
