I love my EVO, and being the nerd that I am, I always want to protect my devices. This being no exception, except for the fact that there were limited protective cases out there when the EVO came out, I was stuck with ordering this case. But to my great surprise, the is a very good case, nice looking too. Plus, it’s not very expensive. The case is made of two pieces that slide and snaps into each other, one on the top half of the phone, and the other at the bottom. Fit is perfect and the material finish gives it a rubbery feel to give a good grip. It doesn’t add weight nor bulk to the phone, which considering the size of the phone, you wouldn’t want. The really nice thing is that the case keeps the back camera from scraping on the surface you lay it down on! That in itself is well worth getting this case. I would recommend anyone to get this, even if temporarily until your other case comes in (most vendors are out of stock on accessories for this phone). You may love it like I do and decide to keep it on. ps. I purchased the red, and it’s more like a burgundy and goes very well with the black of the phone.

This case fits the EVO like a glove. Adds minimal bulk while providing decent protection. I must warn those who are using a screen protector, that since the case is a snug fit, it cant potentially snag and peel off the screen protector when your installing the case. Im using a zagg invishield screen protector and have had the case accidentally snag on it and peel it off. usually happens on the corners of the phone. not a big deal.

The color is almost a reddish bronze metallic. Feels great in the hand and protects the phone very well. Adds maybe 1/8″ to the phone size. Would buy again and would recommend to a friend.
