    Security was out of hand, there was no reason to jab the guy with the PR-24 and to punch him, the subject was restrained and was no longer a threat(whatever that was) so therefore the rent-a-pigs got what they deserved.

    actually if u notice the angle he has his baton and him shouting at the guy, the guy was either refuseing to put his arms behind his back or still had the white flag in his hands. and because of his actions that let to a copper doing his job get beatn up and possibly hospitalised.
