    Some jokes don’t work as well in front of different audiences so they internationalise it and replace the punchline or stereotype. Just like ‘Dixie’ replacing ‘Sharon’ for the Americans. Not sure why he changed it here though, the joke would of been funnier with the Puccini reference, I guess it was in reference to an actual Kylie show tht was on at the time.

    I suppose they changed some of the lines for different shows…There’s the Jesus one where they change Mary’s “assistant” name Sharon to Dixie or something…It varies in between shows and the audiences I believe
