@TheShiitHead Don’t judge either Kinect/Move until you have had hands on feel with them. I’m sure Kinect has lots of Core games to offer, in the near future. Games from Lionhead, Crytek, Bungie, EA, Ubisoft, Valve… Possibly even good RPG/RTS games since Kinect has Voice commands and an interactive Scanning Camera to project real life stuff into the game. Kinect is a much better technology then both Wii, and Move

The graphics are slightly better than the wii’s and to be honest the games look just like the games you would play at an arcade at the mall or a movie theartre, they’re fun, but would you really buy them? The only one that looks good is the fighting one.

@nmhamgreg ur absolutely right. looking at this from a neutral stand point. kinnect has WAY better marketing. Even tho kinect has gameplay much simpler than even the wii, its price and marketing advantage over the move is going to be a big factor in getting parents to purchase it over the move during the chrismass sales surge. Theres no way tho that either move or kinect are going to steal the casual market from the wii, kinect sucks too much and moves way too expensive.

@nmhamgreg Natal/Kinect costs by itself $150 projected, $100 with console. The good thing about it is that it can recognize four at once, so you won’t need to pay extra. You can never forget the $60 game, so that’s still a lot for either console. Then there’s the shovelware…

@StupidFreeVideos Actually, they’re really ahead of you, and all of the game companies are trying to do exactly that: use motion like how the Wii did it. It’s called MARKETING!! What’s worse is that the Move controller looks too much like the Wiimote. In the near future, expect broken fans, TVs, and a person dumb enough to punch a TV.

Considering that you need the move, navigation controller, and ps eye, it comes out to them both being way to expensive. Not to mention a few move games at e3, used two lollipop controllers, so you could throw in another 50 dollars and you are still only talking about single player. So your looking at about over $150-$200 alone… But right now Kinect has a better marketing strategy. Since Kinect is being advertised everywhere with the new xbox360. More consumers want Kinect, alot more…

@Vidman313 I have a friend who works at Sony….this is a project that has been worked on for absolutely years…and new technologies have worked this way for years, rival companies using new technologies available to improve on previous products on the market. THIS IS BETTER THAN THE Wii! not exactly the same thing by any means, moving tracking is superior, the games you can play are far superior in graphics etc read into it properly before commenting such sweeoping statements

@supercoolperson14725 No its not , its far more technical and far superior in its movement tracking in every way, yes it has motion sensing but this is a concept that was going even before the wii with some very basic games. Nintendo didnt invent the idea of movement tracking in games they just got out first with the wii. Sony has been working on the move for yeeeears.
