   This is a peice of music to calm a person or for someone in meditation. The world is full of suffering and we all know this but what we all miss is what is right in front of us, their is an ancient symbol which best descibes what I mean.
   The “Suastika”, “Su” meaning Good, “asti” meaning to, and “ka” meaning be. “Good to be” we all may complain and suffer through hardship but we exist and it is good to exist and live on this Oasis that is surrounded by an unending desert of emptyness.

    everybody feel like its so sad for exactly them. I was bullied, both physically and psychologically for 8 years. I have never had any friends, and i see myself as a disgrace for humanity. Though i know that someone out there has it harder than me. And if you feel stressed as a 14-year old and want to act like a grown-up on youtube, feel free. Just don’t involve other people. Just because some have it worse than me, doesnt make my bad-having dissappear.

    @asplosionsRtehShznaz … I hate it too.. i am having such a big struggle in school.. and i am only in GRADE 7!!… it sux too ‘cuz i have to do a science fair.. and spring break is coming up… I don’t want to have anything in spring break… but i gotta do my science fair.. everyday i am in school and after school i get like 3-4 homeworks.. and i get tired and don’t get anything done … ‘cuz of procrastination.. maybe i am just tired.. maybe i am just involved in many stuff..

    i love this im 28 and i get so stressed out my cousin has to give 1 1/2 hour lng back rubs so i can sleep better but now that i tried this i am so relived thank you i love to do meditation and yoga those are my favorite things to do… try to be me for a day work in a famous resturaunt, pay 20,0000 worth of bills and have to go to the bank constantly and have to take care of a 3 month old and a 9 year old who has diabetes it’s not very fun
