Just spray some wasp killer into the system or into the reservoir.

No problem at all, as long as you put some killer in the tub that your vacuum sucks and deposits into. Because the vacuum has a main basket (holder,, for dirt) that it deposits into. Even though you plug into your wall unit, in all rooms of the house—they still all lead to the same place. And unless you reverse the system it will suck in, not blow out.
