This system comes with simple set up instructions that are worthless when it comes to trouble shooting. Tech support was unaudible in connection and english was undisypherable. I was able to get that they could fix the problem for $9.95! and that that was “highly recomended”.What a SCHEME! Dont waste your time with the non responding online support either unless you have several weeks. They claim “award winning tech support” Must be an in-house award they gave themselves. This one is going back.

Tried for 6 hours to get this router to run. Was a refurb from Linksys. You would figure they could have tested it out. Never got it to connect to my Comcast Modem. Top “internet planet light” would light up and then after a second just do a rapid flash….could never get an IP from Comcast DHCP. Piece of Junk…to bad I did not read the reviews first.

$20 cheaper than Best Buy, plus no shipping and no sales tax. Shipped quickly. It was the product recommended by the guy who works on our computer. Easy to install and works great so far.

After 2 months use signal drops every 5 seconds. Linksys tech support worse than useless, reading from script, not helpful. The pain of trying to get a refurbed unit to replace this with and have it do the same thing was too much to bear, bought a DLink and mailed this to Linksys customer relations.

It’s easy to hook up and even if you don’t understand or can’t get your laptops to connect.. Linksys customer support is very willing to walk you through it. (Unless you would rather pay them money to set it up by remote)..
