You can get a dismissal for a no contact order… I guess I have to watch part 2 to find out if he’s confused about what it is or what’s goin on with that paper he handed jj when he said it was dismissed an jj has been saying over and over you can’t dismiss it.

no hes innocent damn women…..my mother and father split for awhile and my mom didnt want shit to do with my dad…but she had no job she came over for him to feed her for 2 months…then filed a restraining order and he straight up told her no food till its gone im not getting arrested to feed you…point is they relied on each other too just like this guy relied on her to get his cloths washed.

23 years may be a long time to be married, but he really needs to MOVE ON. He did not even know the age of his daughter when JJ asked! Clear your head dude…and have some dignity and move on. She does not wish to be with you ….clearly.

My God is this man strange! The woman needs to be a hell of a lot more forceful with him when he violates the order of protection because whether she knows it or not ,in a mental cases head, she is still giving him permission to contact her when she does not call the police each and every time he comes near her. She needs to be a rude and as nasty to him as she would be to a creep approaching her kids. That might just help get the message through to him if he is not too far gone.
