  1. Discrimination in all forms is frowned upon by the legal system, and indeed by society’s ever changing values.

  2. it should be illegal to ask dumbass questions, although i happen to like this one

    EDIT …and leave dumbass answers

  3. LOL, yes indeed you can discriminate against Dumbass Americans. Last I checked anyway, plus it helps if they are a young, male white Dumbass Americans so no allegation of race, age, sex, etc. can be alleged as a cover for the dumbassiness of the person.

  4. That might be the problem.

Sure hope it doesn’t run in the family!

  5. I think discrimination against dumbasses should be encouraged. It is just plan good business.

  6. Tell him he can get a job where I work, he will be promoted right to executive management level.

  7. Unfortunately, that is almost redundant.

  8. They’re going down!! … No dumb ass promotion, no bailout money!!

  9. No. They are protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

    Damn liberals.

  10. In oztralia its illlegal to discriminate on any basis so even dumb ass americans can get ahead

  11. Yes, it is illegal to discriminate against dumb@ss creationists.

  12. Not only is it legal, but in a lot of places, it’s encouraged. We Americans are usually known as the lowest common denominator when it comes to nationalities. If you don’t hate us, we generally take that as being our friend.

  13. I thought the law of promotion was you got promoted to one level past your competence.

Some of us just reach our potential faster than others.

Do you want fries with that answer?
