Is it legal to discriminate against Dumbass-Americans?
Reader question: My brother in law was passed over for a promotion, and I suspect it's because he's a dumbass.

LOL, yes indeed you can discriminate against Dumbass Americans. Last I checked anyway, plus it helps if they are a young, male white Dumbass Americans so no allegation of race, age, sex, etc. can be alleged as a cover for the dumbassiness of the person.

Not only is it legal, but in a lot of places, it’s encouraged. We Americans are usually known as the lowest common denominator when it comes to nationalities. If you don’t hate us, we generally take that as being our friend.
