There is many more tips i can show you, but for today I will show you how to Jailbreak the 3rd gen ipod touch MC model! yes The ipod touch in the video was literally purchased yesterday! sorry i did not want to show the 3.1.3 software because it showed my serial number! Also, please remember you can mess up your ipod/iphone, so do this at your own risk! but honestly that is just for security reasons, personally i dont see a way to mess it up as long as you follow step by step instruction!
