This is my first ipod touch/iphone video, But i have been following other people and ways to do jailbreaking. There is many more tips i can show you, but for today I will show you how to Jailbreak the 3rd gen ipod touch MC model! yes The ipod touch in the video was literally purchased yesterday! sorry i did not want to show the 3.1.3 software because it showed my serial number! Also, please remember you can mess up your ipod/iphone, so do this at your own risk! but honestly that is just for security reasons, personally i dont see a way to mess it up as long as you follow step by step instruction! Also, a similar method like this might work for iphone, however I haven't tried it yet. Also for the people that say apple wont sign for the package, or is not compatible, try renaming it to iPod2,1_3.1.3_7E18_Restore.ipsw or you can down grade your itunes! (link below) INCASE YOUR IPOD DIES OR YOU TURN IT OFF all you have to do is re-do the blackra1n step. Just go right through and open that file and hit make it ra1n again. okay who can tell me the difference between an mc model and a pc model? is the pc model like better security or something? cause i can’t do any of this and i think it’s because i have a pc model somone please help!!!! i downloaded the firmware but i have to extract it with winrar and when i exstracted it, it doesnt show the firmware when i try to restore.
