The speed of all phones ultimately will be limited by the bandwidth of the local infrastructure…and no, FCC standards prevent companies like AT&T to add more pipelines due to radiation health reasons. Whether its apple or the EVO, eventually that “3G/4G” business will be entirely relative to the density of the users local region…but before then, I’m getting an EVO =)

I’ve had one for a month now and as much as I sometimes wounder why I spend so much for a phone when I don’t use half the stuff on it I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
I had an HTC Hero before this and it was cool but this thing is amazing.
Plus I’m not and Apple sheep like most people seem to be.

I have an iPhone 3GS and would rather remove one of my ribs and learn to self-fellate than ever buy another Apple product.
It shits me that the entire ecosystem is controlled unless you JB. As soon as the Evo is available in Australia I will be selling my iPhone and getting the Evo
