How to unlock iphone with firmware 3.1.3?
Reader question: I got a new iphone and as soon as I activated it and connected to itunes, Itunes asked me to upgrade my OS version to 3.1.3, and I updated it, is there any chance to unlock my iphone with this OS version.

There is no unlock solution for iPhones upgraded to 3.1.3.

This firmware is still under unlocking process so you need to wait for a while but you can degrade your firmware to 3.1.2 and get your iphone unlock .
