wow, i took a knife and got the screen cover out of the plate, got the keyboard all the way out, but cant get the top part of the “gold” in my case silver case off. is it because i need to take out the screws?

My t6 torx screw got stripped half way in blackberry. Now I can’t put the faceplate back until I completely put the screw in.

I figured it out. One of the small black hooks on the inside of the rail was bent and preventing it from being flush with the battery cover. I unbent it and all was good
