   You may need to register on the network, then send your service books to the device. First, go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing table. Highlight one of the tables, press the menu key, then select Register.

   Next, log in to your BlackBerry Internet Service web site for your carrier and then resend the service books. Or you could call the carrier and ask them to do that for you

   Mine only have the enterprise email, and not the personal??

   Any idea what to do, to get the other menu??

    you have to have internet with the phone you cant buy it with out it.
