   I have a 16GB Iphone it had the 3.0.1 firm ware, I upgraded my phone to 3.1.3 but the problem is that when I installed that new firm ware my cell wouldn’t work with any sim card, I installed the AT&T sim card and it works fine. The thing is is that I don’t live in the U.S and AT&T does me no good so I need to jail break my phone again but I don’t know what program I should use to unlock the 3.1.3 firm ware I tried it with an older version of redSnow but it didn’t work. PLEASE HELP.

   @joehaing Well, it will turn on but it will give you the ‘Connect to iTunes’ logo and thats it. Unless you have Redsn0w and are able to boot it up tethered then yes. But other then that, no.

    @joehaing If you have an MC model iPod Touch there is currently no way to reboot or turn on your device without making it a tethered boot.

    I think its really stupid how whenever you start up, you have to be right at your computer to turn it on correctly. I’m not saying it’s your fault, you explained it well but I just think it’s pointless if you have to be right next to your computer whenver you turn it on.
