How to choose a college when you have a learning disability?
Reader question: How does someone go about choosing a college when you have a learning disability? Is it better to go to a community college or to a four year college or university? My friend who has a learning disability has been looking into both community college and four year college. He thinks that a four year college offers students alot more help than a community college?

I would agree with your friend but depends on the university, what state and how progressive it is. I would check out big cities and find out what each university has to offer. Go by recommendations too.
Community colleges are great but they are transitional schools — if you’re in it for the long run, go straight to a university that can cater to your needs.
