   My ball would not roll up or down,i use a Q-tip and alcohol and rub it on the ball real good..yea it started working

    Can you do a video with a 8350i like you said in
    your title.
    My 8350i has a yellow ring around the silver
    ring. You can’t just pop it out like what you are doing here.
