How do you jailbreak an itouch 3rd generation with 3.1.3?
Reader question: I have tried multiple times to download the 3.1.2 software yet it always comes up in my itunes with an error when i restore it with 3.1.2 software...help?

You have to download the second gen firmware for 3.1.2. Hold Shift and click restore in itunes and find out where you saved the firmware then open it and restore.

Spirit is the only jailbreak that will jailbreak an ipod running 3.1.3
