How do I use Facebook and Twitter to get business for my health consulting business?
Reader question: I'm attempting to market a service, helping those recovering from cancer to accelerate their healing.
I hear of people using Facebook, Twitter and Blogging to publicize their businesses but I have no idea how to do this?
Is there anyone out there who knows from experience how best to use these tools to get well known fast?
Also, how should I get my service to come up on search engines?
