How do I jailbreak my iPod touch 3rd generation, it’s an MC model with 3.1.3 firmware?
Reader question: I decided to jailbreak it, but much to my dismay, the firmware wont let me, and apple is no longer signing the certificates for 3.1.2, so I can't downgrade it. I have tried lots of different methods with no joy. Are there any suggestions?

There is a jailbreak for 3.1.3 but it doesn’t work with MC moddels sorry but I yyoubare still interested you can search on google red snow jailbreak or 3.1.: firmware. And there is no reason to upgrade to 3.1,3 they say it is for battery problems but it is nothing so just stick with blackrain for now

WRONG! ALL WRONG!!
Red Snow can Jailbreak a 3.1.3 iPod as long as you choose the 3.1.2 ISPW File.
- in red snow when it asks for your ISPW, Choose the 3.1.2 ISPW File and do the jailbreak that way.
