You can downgrade back to 3.1.2 and then use blackra1n to jailbreak your device again. Now here is the twist, since 3.1.3 apple has stopped signing its firmware so you can no longer downgrade your device back to previous firmwares. But, now i have a guide posted on how to updated your host file in 2 min which will allow you to downgrade back to 3.1.2 by spoofing iTunes :) Checkout www.jailbreakmatrix.com it has the guide on how to downgrade from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2 then jailbreak with blackra1n, the whole process takes less then 10 minutes. my 2 cents just though i would share my info here,
