How do I delete the contact log and messages on blackberry tour?

Reader question: I've got a used Blackberry Tour. How do I delete all the contacts and all the messages? Would I have to do it manually or is there a simpler and quicker way to do this?

  1. Push menu go to options>security options> General Settings>push menu button> click wipe handheld – this will delete everything on the phone’s memory.

if they gave it to you with the SD card, ( check tiny slot on the back- right side of the phone) and you want to wipe that too.
again go to options>memory>push menu and format – this deletes everything that’s on the card.

Contacts are usually saved on the sim card. if you insert yours, and it still has the others, deleting one by one is all i know, would be nice if you can select more then one.

With E-mail – push menu> set up> set up internet E-mail> if you have a data plan it will send you to a page that has an E-mail already set up on the phone, and let you edit or delete this E-mail. if one is not set up on the phone, then it will have you go through a process to set up e-mail.

  2. if you want to delete all the messages, you can simple go into messages, scroll all the way to the top, then press the blackberry button, you will have option to delete all.

A walla-walla scene is one where extras pretend to be talking in the background — when they say “walla-walla” it looks like they are actually talking.
