The only people in Mexico that don’t have guns are law abiding Mexican citizens. The police, military and politicians have guns. The drug cartels have guns. Why not let the Mexican citizens arm themselves for protection? Is the Mexican government afraid there would be a revolution? It seems the government is corrupt from top to bottom. Only the wealthy elite are able to live well. The vast majority of Mexicans struggle to survive. Time to return Mexico to the Mexican people.

Why did the main government abolish the death penalty in Mexico? We did have it writing in it s constitution ! and it stated that the mexican army had the faculty of executing by a firing squad in case of a high treason to its nation ! NARCO should be considered as treason !

@SnowPatrol56, the firearms with serial numbers are mostly from the US, but there are millions without serial numbers. If the US military did supply 300 hand grenades, it was probably to the Mexican army. A civilian can’t buy hand grenades legally in the US.The Mexicans being the Mexicans, they probably ended up in the wrong hands. We sold them .50 caliber rifles to the Mexican Army and they ended up in the wrong hands too.
