Police raid man's home, violate his civil liberties in Columbia, MO. Under the cover of darkness, a team of militarized SWAT agents enter a family home and immediately engage in gunfire — killing one of two family dogs (wounding the other), and likely inflicting lifelong trauma to the familys seven-year-old son. The end result of SWAT teams action? Police seized a small amount of marijuana (a few grams), and associated paraphernalia (a grinder). This situation is created by the funding of Federal Dollars to increase this type of action against the civilian population. Now we want the Feds to punish them? We need to look deeper…I think the Feds created a militarized police force for other actions as well. Police all over, active and retired, are taking oaths to uphold the Constitution. Don’t you just wonder why they feel that is necessary?

2 Points I want to make. In a news article from the time it happened stated that the dog they killed was LOCKED IN A KENNEL in the kitchen! He was killed for his barking, NOT because the SWAT team was in mortal danger. The other point: Acting immediately after receiving information, as this video stated, is premature. Investigating the information is SUPPOSED to be part of their job.

The first dog they shot was a Welsh Corgi, a breed that has never hurt anyone, they blew his foot off, then they found a CAGED 24 lb puppy pitbull in the kitchen and they plastered her with bullets, NEITHER dog should have been shot even once, IF there HAD been a dog actually biting them, they could have used tranquilizers. This was simply sick and sadistic. End of story.

My homeboy, who lives at his mom’s house along with his sister and her two very small children, during a routine surprise parole check-up, they shot and killed the family dog, a pitbull. But why should that matter, they don’t racially profile. Yeah right, that dog was not a threat , was a swetheart and was fine around stangers and the little kids. They shot the fucker just cause of its breed. no arrests no parole violations, no more dog though….

Why did they shoot both dogs? I don’t understand what this has to do with Marijuana resin in a pipe. Something clearly needs to be changed. How is enforcing a law by violence going to decease use of Marijuana? All that is doing is causing more violence. They didn’t have the right to do that at all.
