Dumbass question. Microsoft Word 2007. Have 2 pages on screen. How do I delete the 2nd page?
Reader question: I dont want 2 pages. Just one. But in one file, there is 2 pages. How do I delete the 2nd page?

Place your cursor at the end of page one and press Del/Delete repeatedly until the second page is gone.

1. Place your cursor in the previous page’s last line, press delete. By this the page will get deleted.
2. If that doesn’t work, try highlighting everything you want to remove, then pressing the Ctrl+Shift+H command.

Click on the 2nd page and hit backspace until it disappears

i just run enter down the 2nd pg and highlight it all then delete.

If you click on the show/hide icon (it looks a bit like a backwards pointing letter p) you will see what has caused the second page.
Usually it’s because you have pressed the enter key and got some blank lines at the bottom of the document that you don’t need. You need to delete these – as everyone else has said.
When you have finished – remember to turn off show/hide.

If you’re saying both pages show up on the screen at the same time, do this:
On right end of the status bar at the bottom of the window, there’s a box with a percentage in it. Set the percentage to 100.
