No. IPad comes with iWork. It’s an alternative for MS Office.

No. But it can open MS office files using some apps, just like what iPhone / iPod Touch do.

You can use the wifi version but you need a dataplan for the 3g version

if you are asking if the microsoft office can be install on an ipad, the answers is no. but, I think you can open word docs using the ipad by getting a plugin.
