  1. LOL people are having political debates on a youtube video

  2. Gilman Louie ..My last name is Gilman, so no worries

  3. hello there – you sound nice, but what you are writing is an attack on free speech. taste is not a requirement for freedom Unfortunate, but true. you are talking about jailing someone or “institutionalizing them” which sounds like doing psychological experiments or something – for violence to a symbol – a flag. While I would not burn or defile a flag, I there is a huge difference between violence to a symbolic thing, and violence to another person. the real criminals kill other people for ideas.

  4. @ericdamascus – Im not against free speech. But please protest like a civilized person, the type people would actually listen to. At least thats the kind of society we want. You blame me of being being fascist by not being democratic towards shoe-throwers and flag defecators? It doesn’t have to be political to know whether such things are right and wrong. Freedom can used improperly. It’s called abuse, and abuse damages people from the inside in this case it starts with individuals then society.

  5. I’m shocked at the lack of awareness reflected in these comments of the real issues at stake. Did the European here ever speak with people who survived WWII? The Germans were experts at collecting data on citizens and when the Nazis came to power, they used information against minorities within the country, just as any government can do. Wake up please!

  6. Your arguments are not democratic in the least – they are close to fascist and state authoritarian. Because you disagree with other messages doesn’t mean that they should lose their rights.

What about the politician who deserves a shoe thrown at him? Are you so completely brainwashed by propaganda, that you have no idea of the untold deaths that occured from his invasion poilcies?

You are one of those self proclaimed patriots I see, who is the real enemy of democracy.

  7. Also google “echelon wiki”

  8. search for “5 steps to tyranny” on youtube. It will be interesting for you to watch :)

  9. You would see these things if you lived in the UK, Everything is filmed on cctv, Video cameras everywhere. Arguing with a friend in public can cause arrest. We have freedom to demonstrate here… yet people have died who are not even involved. THese “Dangers” are created by the same empire that I live in which has raped the world. THe government in a democracy is supposed to serve the interests of the people and protect them… this is not how it is here now. Uk has become a fascist tyranny :(

  10. “A verbal comment/opinion is enough to warrant an arrest these days”

I don’t see the same thing. There’s just too much misinformation spread around. But people who throw shoes at politicians need to be arrested. Protesters who defecate flags in public, need to be arrested and sent to the institution, the same goes for hippies who love putting interjections on placards on public as if children didn’t exist – they need to get arrested.

I have not problems with vigilance in dangerous times.

  11. You miss the point .. they collect info via search engines even if your not a member. Its basically profiling and data mining. I refer you to The McCarthy communist witch-hunts.. that was scary. The history of the agencies who fund this is more than scary. A verbal comment/opinion is enough to warrant an arrest these days. Read history.

  12. This is stating the obvious. I put things on Facebook specifically for people to see. You want complete privacy then don’t put private things on social networks.

Funny how this vid is making it seem so scary by connecting all the dots to government branches. No shit. The military made the internet in the first place and some developer will always be connected to those corporate giants. Google it and stop spreading some fear nonsense and use your head wisely and read history.

  13. No, but I do have an Assbook.

  14. You’re probably right. It’s not only I who mentioned that as new “improvements” appear FB becomes worst and worst

  15. No I do not have a Facebook. I deleted it because Facebook sucks.

  16. Why all this paranoia? I am not an american citizen, I don’t live and never been in the United States. I am European, but even if CIA collect all my personal info – should I be worried? By having my personal information, they will neither harm or benefit me. So, in fact nothing change. I am not a terrorist, I don’t have reasons to worry about what the Central Intelligent Office will do with my personal information. If their hard disks have enough capacity, let them store all this information.

  17. Facebook advertises for you to communicate with people who are your friends, or who are friends of your friends. It’s like all happy happy but actually it’s just about people connecting as much as possible so the system can glean more data from humans like a big industrial leach. it’s useful, as a tool, for events and emails… but as I’m being reminded, it’s evil at the core.

  18. It’s not about the paranoia, it’s about the continued legacy of the economic model we are all slave to (and no, I’m not a socialist) a model based – loosely though there is a history – on behavioural phsychology and the work of Bernays (Freud’s nephew) in PR, where information is merely taken from us for almost no other reason than to feed the machines, the golems (over which no individual or body has control) of corporate industry which in turn, as they are machines, treat us as products. Grr.

  19. The end is nigh.
Oh well, I don’t have a Facebook profile. I always thought of it as of waste of time, waste of privacy, waste of real life and friends, waste of originality, appeal and a waste of reason. lol
FB is an option in life. It is not something you must have. Therefore, as I find it to be an ugly crumb of our society and therefore, humanity, I choose not to have it. And you, yes, “you” reader, you can have it for FREE! Just add “DOM” to that, and you pay with everything you have. lol

  20. yeah yeah, I have already figured out why my photo was there :D

  21. @JaWa7o7

Oh shit, they jacked your photo!?! Thats messed up! If that was to happen to me, I would track those advertisers down and get paid lol!!

  22. :L… whats This ?

  23. you became a fan of a product that was advertising to your friend.

  24. Honestly, if you are bothered by this in any way, then don’t even get a PC, or Bank Account, or Work. Nowadays almost every Information about you will be saved somewhere and used.

Some People are to stuck up, about Privacy. You won’t die, or get tortured.

  25. I’m starting to erase chunks of my profile because my husband’s family are a bunch of goofballs hillbillies that should be on the Jerry Springer Show.

Completed unsolicited and worthless random fact:
The Eisenhower interstate system requires that one-mile in every five must be straight. These straight sections are usable as airstrips in times of war or other emergencies.
