   I guess I answered my own question… I actually have 3.1.3 and itunes will nor install it on my ipod touch, even though I upgraded to the most recent version in itunes first. Itunes store app description (requirements) says minimum 3.2 (I guess I misread that). Another reason I guess to upgrade to 4.x

   Yes an update is pending which allow you to play it on an iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch.

    @crazymikesapps No. The top price for the game was set to $5.99 and never gone higher. Anything higher than $5.99 just seems crazy.
