…when you can have the “higher job title?” What about knowing that you can OWN the company?!?! I AM U! I’m 10 yrs older, but I’ve gone from a 1X to a size 6…I went from a relaxer to natural…I went from “the college grad employee,” to a business owner. NO LIMITS! You have a great spirit! Keep it rock’n girl!

I’ve been watching your videos and i have experienced and felt the way you explain how people feel and act when something is holding them back. The funi thing is I’m not to fat…I’m too skinny and always have been. Like guys would say “u wud b cute if u were bigger”. I was teased in school everyday and no matter how much i tried and prayed, my metabolism was always hi so I NEVER gained weight. It’s amazing how u went thru what i did but we’re at opposite sides. u help more than just big girls.

The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy. Martin Luther King Jr…These words reign so true to what you are displaying through your journey that You have chosen to share with US and I am so, so grateful to GOD for allowing me to take root of themthank you so very, very much. I pray for your continued success in Christ. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you, & GOD Bless!

It is very hard to loose weight and whenever I start, if I don’t see a change I give up. This morning was bad for me because I tried to put on my belt and it was too small. Eventhough, I was disappointed, I still ate whatever I could get that quick, it probably wasn’t good for me. I’ve been told I need to loose 40lbs, or I can become diabetic in 8 years. (It was 10 years.) I’ve been close to this size for 9 years now. Incase your wondering, I’m 4ft 11in and 170lbs. Oh well…

Inspiring and so true and you find out too what works for you and to keep a new and better life style. I highly believe everything happens for a reason so maybe you went on your new journey to find true relationships and to be who you are for the future. You should do a book series on all this. I think it would be great and I’d buy. I loved this video and saved it as a favorite.
Such a new way to look at everything!

“The man who can master others is strong, but the man who can master himself is mighty.”
