   No, you cant. What you can do is get BearShare. I believe you can add items from another iPod on to your computer so you can add it to YOUR iPod.

   no. whatever is in the itunes, would override the contents of your ipod. it’s just one way, though i think you can “manually manage music”
   though you could try another software, imtoo ipod computer transfer, works real well. i was able to salvage my ipod contents when my computer crashed! real lifesaver highly recommended.
