i just by this phone … i know that they no camera …
but no video no audio ? ? please answer me guys

@mickeymayor,
I assume that it’s just the contact on the phone that’s gone but the sim car still obtain that data, that’s why you can still see that names.
Go to address book ->press scroll key->select “SIM Phone Book” -> now you should see all your contacts that’s on the SIM card ->Press Scroll Key again -> select “Copy All to Adress Book”, now you should have all you contacts in your address book when you go there.

my 8700c has my address book dissapeared,yet when somebody calls me their name appears how can i retrieve address book please help

Do i need a special usb cable for this phone. I installed the drivers needed but nothin happens when I connect to the pc.
