   I have the ipad and it is most deffently not worth the money. It does not come with earbuds or a dock and cannot use a mouse on them.

   The other sad part is companies developed laptops so that a person could utilize all of the core aspects of the PC and have the luxury of carrying it around with them. The laptop as we all know gets thinner and sleeker year after year, so… what bulky laptop are you idiots talking about? Stop justifying pure, useless CRAP!!! Please open your eyes. But apple has a Cult unlike any other. Hmm.. A bag of urine with apple logo on it. Ipee.. Haha. Oh and BTW Im a macbook and Iphone 3g owner.

   You know what amazes me? When a comapn comes out with a device albeit electronic or otherwise and the first thing people do is DEFEND IT, when they know its a complete waste of money. The sad part is trying to find a use for it like “Oh at least you can watch movies on it so you wont have to pull out you bulky laptop”. Umm if im correct what person in this day and age has a bulky laptop? Its the technological idiocracy we are pulled into these days.

    @tickoman I don’t think so, we’ve been pushed crap for a long time now and devices have been created not only to be useful or innovative, but to make money as well (if not primarly). The golden rule is make a device you can outperform with the next version.

    That is not a good idea, consumer-wise

    well to be honest your asking a bit too much from such a small and thin device, well your idea of solar power isn’t bad but it will spoil the look of it and plus heat is bad for electronics.

    Apple product have gone off the wall, it sounds like a sanitary towel and it’s not a laptop but priced at laptops with half the spec’s no webcam, any one who buys these is a fool. besides apple force restrictive selling policys which keep thing at a high price, you cant modify anything or you might render it useless ,
    if i want to read a book I will read a paper one its easier on my eyes. with a screen that big it’s gonna get cracked if you travel with it.

    i cant help but to think..
    if they had decided to make the ipad have the format of their computers, making it a smaller but crappier mac instead of making it have the iphone format which makes it an awesome superversion of the iphone… would it have the same, amazing almost magical touch that it seems to have? … (the one that awes people into buying it)

    I’m getting one with 3G and with the bigger screen the movies, the games, and the internet will look much sweeter. Plus im hoping for Ipad Jailbreak LOL
