The tax was designed to be an indirect tax, which would mean that states need not contribute portions of a whole relative to its census figures. The Supreme Court has always ruled income tax as excise tax, which is an indirect tax. You won’t find another meaning of it anywhere else. Not even the IRC defines what income is. The 16th Amendment was carefully worded to mislead everyone into being directly taxed without apportionment (unconstitutional) and the IRS seized their chance. It’s no coincidence that the 16th Amendment, Form 1040, and the Fed were all created in the same year, all of it carefully planned to loot from the public.

And by doing this you would need to removing the world banksters and they control all the money wall street the President and all of congress.
