A Key Forecast, Call For Economic Weather
Exclusive video!
A key forecast which digs into the US China Relationship and the USD Index. We are going to see a move few are currently anticipating. Pegged and Floating currencies are at the heart of the forecast, and are key metrics in this regard. I talk about the USD, Gold, and the DOW. The DOW has become totally unreliable as it requires a constant input of funds. The trim tabs hypothesis over time may be correct. There is no merit in the stock market. Some notes on GDP, high speed rail, Ben Bernanke, and Stimulus. A talk about a lack of income in the economy, at the same time pressure to de-peg and the end result. Copper silver and gold as currencies. Divergence of gold to dollar?

@cowboycarl04 Don Harrold put out a vid a few weeks back, and it talks of govt floating idea to streamline payments on 401k’s and IRA’s. His video is called:

The ongoing breakdown-crisis is going to create all sorts of distortions in our society. I believe distribution lines are one of the most vulnerable since they are based on the Japanese just in time manufacturing model. As Warren suggests, food distribution will break down in third world first then move to more developed economies.

Speaking as a fat @ss American, US food consumers could use food rationing. But seeing that whats called food in this nation is produced by big business I doubt we will have problems with shortages and distribution.

Anology -State of current Stock Market. The Stock Market looks good from the outside only. All that Stimulus money is going to make the exterior look good (big inflated numbers with no foundation). That is like you spending a lot of money on home renovations to pretty up the exterior of the house. However, a closer look would reveal, there is no electricity, no plumbing and no heating inside, but my how so many people walking by admire the beauty of the exterior appearance. Sucker sale.

great stuff – 5 stars,
i would think credit erosion would increase domestic demand for dollars, along with lower wages and unemployment. money becomes scarce as people need dollars for their lifestyle and cant get by on credit.

question for everyone: When do you think the government will nationalize 401ks and other retirement plans (IRAs)? I still think that is coming.

ZullGostnu – while there are some legitimate buyers (I have been a small one these last 9 months or so), 70% stock market trades now are computer-generated positions by the major investment banks that create positions literally lasting in milliseconds, with a very small profit being made on each of very many trades over a day. Warren is right in this regard – the stock market is much less valuable as an economic indicator than it used to be.

@wepollock More traction in China… Months ago I talked about china eventually confiscating US assets in the country, under the justification that they have been victimized by systemic fraud.

same thing, same dynamic, perhaps.. Just another perspective; Yes.

Millions of Americans are heavily leveraged in the stock market. They move their stuff around, selling this, buying that. They are all trying to make a buck or keep the value of what they have as the day to day market turns.
I think it’s true the FED moves shit around through false front individuals or companies. they try to prop up corners that tilt downwards.
All those TD Ameritrade commercials are money makers. Digital dollars but there is no digital food.

Do you see the recent increase in bickering with China as a more potentiality towards the dollar pullout and cessation of gov. monetary relations. Not meaning business (import/export)relations.
I think the value of our paper is seriously linked to out diplomacy with nations such as China, and our diplomacy sucks.

Wow, great video. i just have to wonder how geithner actually got voted in. i read on some conspiracy blog that the entire world is being held hostage essentially w/ threats of “earthquakes” if they don’t do what they want them to do.
The way things are being run into the ground, it’s possible. I remember obama in his first 100 days crying “you just don’t understand”. True,

Who is doing all the buying on the stock market? Reports of everyone selling, who is buying? Market starts higher than it ends, movement in the futures market? Highly leveraged by who? The FED?

When the world is a patchwork of ponzi schemes, the music definitely stops when the growth stops.
Not to say the music cannot stop before that.

Thanx so much for your videos Warren. You are one of the few ’sane’ posters that I have been able to find on youtube. You may find this difficult to believe, but I detest the bastard son a bitch goldman sacks’ empire more than you. This elite bankster cartel is evil and truly deserves extermination.

Point with silver and gold is that silver might work better for small trades, and day to day use. The density of silver is such that it packs a “just right” amount of purchasing power. In terms of purchase I prefer junk… (you have the lowest premium over spot).. Is this time to buy, no I don’t think so. Been in silver since lowest single digits.
April 5th, 2010 - 03:51
Best video yet. You sometimes are a bit veiled, today I thought you were quite clear and far more direct. Still what is your point about gold and silver? Is junk silver better vs silver rounds. or is your Haiti scenario make silver pointless or help me here.
best wishes jl, Maine
