@Hatelyyy1 I’ve smoked weed and driven every day for 10 years and haven’t ever had a traffic ticket, wreck, etc. Drinking and driving is proven to kill.

The reason alcohol and tobacco are legal and marijuana isn’t is because if you smoked a cigaretter you can still drive a car and if you drink 1 beer you can still drive a car but if you smoked 1 joint you can get high. What i’m trying to say here is that you cant smoke marijuana and NOT get high…but you can drink alcohol and not get drunk…

The reason there’s so much money going through those “pot shops” is because of three things: It’s illegal to grow your own and thus the risk increases the price, growers keep getting busted and thus supply is interrupted, and supply and demand factors. #1 and #2 can be removed from the picture and the profits will go down as supply and demand normalizes on itself.

I’m sorry, but that hip-hop artist is an idiot. Making a music video like that and NOT expecting the DEA to not crawl all over his Medical Marijuana facility… it doesn’t take a genius…
Especially with the state vs federal law currently regarding marijuana, I would have a lot more sympathy if, for example, he was a member of one of those marijuana collectives that provide free medical marijuana for terminally-ill people who are too poor to purchase the drug AT ALL.

That guy that wanted the bill passed but is now skeptical is retarded. He thought it was going to be specific when the guy who actually WROTE and CREATED the bill from scatch, the guy who had the idea for it wanted it vague intentionally, he said so in the movie “The Union” because he wanted it as easy to get as possible.

THE FACT THAT IT IS ILLEGAL ONLY MAKES IT AVAILABLE IN THE ILLEGAL MARKET ALONG WITH OTHER ILLEGAL STUFF. if your children could one day get the interest of smoking pot where would you best like him/her to go? in the streets were there is a pusher selling other deadly drugs as well? or in a shop where they only got the choice of choosing between tobacco and weed?

just my thoughts!i love smoking marijuana in moderation.i am a productive member of society.the thought that the law can treat me like a child, and tell me i am not ALLOWED too.and further make me out to be a bad person,is insane!

Would it REALLY be that much of a sin if people were just smoking it for the pleasure of it rather than to benefit themselves and their over-all well being?
I mean, alcohol has very, very little medicinal properties, next to none, but we allow people to use that recreationally with out judging them. And alcohol is linked to thousands of regular deaths. And that’s not mentioning tobacco!
