    the thing w/ scarlett was shes married to ryan renolds and he was in The Proposal w/ sandra. but ryan couldnt be there so scarlett was there for him. and since the couple that wins best kiss is supposed to kiss the joke was scarlett was gonna be there if sandra and ryan won the award to kiss her and she thought it was a cute kiss- thats why they kissed, as like a big run on joke.
